Terms & Conditions :
1. The customer agrees to accept delivery each month of the products ordered until the agreement is cancelled by either the customer or Cafepods.
2. Cafepods will deliver only to the delivery address entered specified.
3. Cafepods shall be entitled to terminate this agreement forthwith in the event that payments are declined by the customers issuing bankers, commits a breach of any of these terms and conditions, ceases trading, makes an arrangement or composition with its creditors or has a receiver administrator or manager appointed or shall go into liquidation, or (being an individual) commits any act of bankruptcy.
4. Without prejudice to paragraph 3 either Cafepods or the Customer may terminate the agreement by giving at least one month's written notice to the other.
5. This agreement is personal to the Customer and may not be assigned or transferred by the Customer to any person, firm or company.
6. This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law.
7. This program is only available to UK residents.
8. Can not be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions.
